The club was formed in 2006, having previously been part of falmouth model boat club.. sailing takes place on sundays between 10am and 3pm, and we usually manage to fit in about ten races.. Dartmoor model boat club shaugh lake (sibelco) we are probably the premier model boat sailing club in the devon cornwall area. the iom, six metre plus the dragonforce 650 and dragonflite 950 class r/c yachts are our main fleets.. Local mp sheryll murray was amazed at the variety of model boats from right across devon and cornwall on display in looe on sunday at their looe model boat club open day. boats were on display from truro and camborne to teignbridge..
